At Pack 606 all children from grades K-5 are welcome to join at any time! Zero prior knowledge or history of Scouting is necessary or expected.
Your child can begin their Scouting journey simply by joining us at our next Pack Meeting! Parents and siblings are more than welcome to attend. We have a Pack meeting once a month. Please see our calendar for dates.
If you have specific questions about enrollment or your child's eligibility, please reach out to us directly through email.
Each Cub Scout Rank is associated with an animal or symbol. Your child will join Scouting at the Rank associated with his or her age or grade level.
Meetings: enjoying games and activities, working on advancement, snacks. Parents and siblings are welcome.
Activities: camping trips, field trips, pinewood derby, Scout days, and more.
Programs: public service projects, volunteering, fundraising, charitable events.

The Tiger Cub Scout uniform has the following parts:
Shirt: The official blue uniform shirt is available with long or short sleeves and has button-flap pockets.
Pants: Shorts, long pants, skorts, and roll up pants all are in official blue.
Belt: Official navy-blue web belt with metal buckle.
Hat: Official blue hat with Grade emblem and color.
Neckerchief: Triangular neckerchief with Grade logo and color. Official Scouting America neckerchiefs are the only neckerchiefs that are part of the uniform.
Neckerchief slide: Official gold-tone metal slide with Grade emblem and color. Cub Scouts may wear handmade neckerchief slides.
There is no obligation to wear a Scout Uniform when attending your first meetings.

Scout uniform articles can be purchased from the Official Scout Shop.
Cub Scouts will earn Belt Loops and Webelos will earn Pins through participation through both official Scouting events and at outside activities. At Pack 606, our Leaders will work with all Scouts to earn these awards.
All official advancement achievements and other merits earned by Scouts will be awarded at Pack Meetings.
Scouting America annual membership fee is $85 per Scout.
Baltimore Area Council membership fee is $75 per Scout.
Pack 606 membership dues are $45 per Scout for the school year.
Financial Aid: The Baltimore Area Council offers assistance for the Council Membership Fee; no youth should be turned away due to inability to pay.
